摘要: In the present study, protein microarray was used to investigate expression in human B-cell lymphoblastoid cells intermittently exposed 1.8-GHz GSM radiofrequency radiation (RFR) at specific absorption rate (SAR) of 2.0 W/kg for 24 h. The differential 27 proteins found, which were related DNA damage repair, apoptosis, oncogenesis, cell cycle and proliferation (ratio >1.5-fold, P<0.05). results validated with Western blot assay indicated that RPA32 significantly down-regulated (P<0.05) while p73 up-regulated RFR exposure group (P<0.05). Because crucial roles those repair investigation may explain biological effects on damage/repair apoptosis.
