摘要: This paper presents a model that can aid planners in defining the total allowable pollutant discharge planning region, accounting for dynamic and stochastic character of meteorological conditions. is accomplished by integrating Monte Carlo simulation using genetic algorithm to solve model. The demonstrated realistic air urban-scale SO2 control problem Yuxi City China. To evaluate effectiveness model, results approach are shown compare with those linear deterministic procedures. also provides valuable insight into how quality targets should be made when will not threat residents' health. Finally, discussion areas further research briefly delineated.
