Cytoprotective effects against UVA and physical properties of luteolin-loaded cationic solid lipid nanoparticle

摘要: Abstract Solid lipid nanoparticles consisting of cationic lipids were prepared for effective delivery luteolin, and evaluated their physical characteristics cytoprotective effects against ultraviolet A (UVA) radiation H 2 O in HaCaT cells. This study reports that triple-tailed CSLN can enhance transdermal luteolin with high entrapment efficiency, slow release kinetic without initial burst. Further, it showed intracellular uptake, provided the highest degree LT-CSLNs (83.10%, 77.65%) as compared to non-treated groups (60.85%, 52.70%) UVA . These results suggested LT-CSLN3 could be used an system luteolin.
