摘要: Two-dimensional metallic arrays with different hole sizes have been fabricated by using interference lithography and their optical properties studied angle-dependent reflectivity measurements. The lifetimes of surface plasmon polariton (SPP) modes determined from the linewidths spectra for resonance wavelengths sizes. It is found that display an λn dependence, where n strongly dependent on radius. In particular, to be ∼4 small hole, as expected Rayleigh dipole scattering, linearly increases ∼11 when radius increased 177 nm. By plotting radius, relationship between found.
