摘要: Abstract A series of novel BiyXz-TiO2/SrTiO3 composites were prepared by multistep synthesis route. The as-prepared photocatalysts characterized scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), diffuse reflectance (DRS), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), Raman spectra and BET analysis. photocatalytic activity test was performed in aqueous solution phenol under the irradiation visible light range (λ ≥ 420 nm). Obtained results revealed that BiOI_TiO2/SrTiO3 sample exhibit highest (0.6 μmol/dm3/min). Thus, it demonstrated modification TiO2/SrTiO3 microspheres flowers-like structure made bismuth oxyiodide resulted enhancement light. role active species during decomposition process organic compound investigated using different types scavengers as well paramagnetic resonance analysis (EPR). study showed BiOI_TiO2/SrTiO3/Vis system holes (h+) plays relevant decomposition. Furthermore, stability recyclable properties obtained confirmed three consecutive processes.
