摘要: This paper examined the response of rents from residential properties to siting Global System for Mobile (GSM) Communications’ masts in various zones Akure town. The study employed survey approach order understand relationship that exists between location GSM and rental values offered on proximate within a 300 metres radius masts. town was divided into high, medium Low density zone; three were selected each study. In all, total 180 questionnaires administered residents 139 (77.22%) retrieved good analysis.
