摘要: Random and diblock copolymers of 2-(N,N-dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate butyl are prepared by ATRP. As mimics cationic antimicrobial peptides, the random show similar activities. In contrast, have much lower hemolytic activities than copolymers. The cell selectivity (HC(50)/MIC, where HC(50) is concentration to lyse 50% human red blood cells MIC minimum inhibit bacterial growth) 150 27,500 times higher that with compositions.
