摘要: Heat stress decreases milk yield and deleteriously alters composition. Reduced feed intake partially explains some of the consequences heat stress, but metabolic changes in mammary tissue liver associated with synthesis have not been thoroughly evaluated. In current study, protein abundance between heat-stressed cows ad libitum pair-fed thermal neutral were investigated using iTRAQ proteomic approach. Most differentially expressed proteins from involved Gene Ontology category process. Pathway analysis indicated that related to pyruvate, glyoxylate dicarboxylate metabolism pathways, while those participated oxidative phosphorylation antigen processing presentation pathways. Several shock directly interact each other considered as central "hubs" interaction network. These findings provide new insights understand turnover biosynthesis pathways within hepatic likely contribute composition cows.
