摘要: Abstract Exhausting fossil fuels and increasing environmental pollutions call for the wider deployment of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs), which enable interactions transportation sectors. The extra loads charging massive PHEVs could compromise power system reliability impose considerable stress on system. Transmission line congestions generation capacity inadequacy be caused under this circumstance. However, there is little literature comprehensively studies impact large-scale bulk when smart grid technologies are incorporated including flexible transmission topology control technologies. This work impacts different strategies network operation with high integration. An evolution strategy particle swarm optimization (ESPSO) algorithm applied to optimize load shave peak load. A (NTO) employed lessen reduce curtailment. Based sequential Monte Carlo simulation method, these integrated into evaluation process. Numerical sensitivity analysis conducted modified IEEE RTS-79 systems. results verify effectiveness realize potential existing infrastructures so as relieve by load, increase available penetration promote meaningful planning risk management.
