摘要: The aim of this study is to design, develop and evaluate new biohybrid sponges based on polymers (collagen polyvinyl alcohol) with without indomethacin as anti-inflammatory drug model be used for tissue regeneration in wound healing. Type I fibrillar collagen the form a gel different concentrations alcohol were mixed together prepare composite gels. Both control samples, indomethacin, obtained. All samples crosslinked glutaraldehyde. By freeze-drying hydrogels, spongious forms (matrices) matrices characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), water absorption, enzymatic degradation vitro release. pharmacological effect was determined an experimental burns induced Wistar rats. SEM images showed porous structure interconnected pores. Collagen present pore sizes between 20 200 µm, which became more compact addition. interactions alcohol. indicated that most stable matrix one ratio 75:25 collagen:polyvinyl (ACI75), other ones being degradable time. kinetic data release from fitted models highlighted biphasic drug. Such profiles are targeted skin healing important aspects impaired inflammation local pain. treatment associated had beneficial effects process experimentally compared corresponding classical treated group.
