DNA polymorphism in population genetics

摘要: In the review, literature evidence on DNA polymorphism obtained in last 10–15 years using various molecular-genetic methods is summarized. All main types of variation are considered but attention focused those extensively used population genetics. The areas markers outlined and limitations their potential analyzing genetic processes populations discussed. Particular emphasis placed relationship between earlier developed biochemical genetics based protein analysis modern molecular polymorphism. possible role selection maintaining considered.
