摘要: This paper develops a meta-theory of business based on virtue theory which links the concept virtues, common good, and dynamic economy into unifying comprehensive business. Traditional theories models have outlived their usefulness as they are unable to adequately explain social reality. Virtue shows firms that pursue ethically-driven strategies can realise greater profit potential than those who currently use profit-driven strategies.
