摘要: Emerging efficacy data have led to the emergency use authorization or approval of COVID-19 vaccines in several countries worldwide. Most trials excluded patients with active malignancies, and thus on safety, tolerability cancer are currently limited. Given risk posed by pandemic, decisions regarding against participating investigational anticancer therapies need be addressed promptly. Patients should not choose between enrolling oncology clinical receiving a vaccine. Clinical trial sponsors, investigators treating physicians operational guidance vaccination for who enrolled might seek enrol trials. Considering high morbidity mortality from cancer, benefits likely far outweigh risks vaccine-related adverse events. Herein, we provide vaccine In our perspective, continued quality oncological care requires that including those involved trials, prioritized vaccination, which affect eligibility.
