摘要: Abstract The phase equilibrium in the binary systems Bi 2 O 3 GeO from 0 to 75 mol% GeO has been investigated by oscillation method of analysis (OPA) and thermal analysis. stable diagram region between 12 20 is part ternary BiOGeO effect at about 832°C do with system BiO. We discovered a new metastable compound 4 8 T f = 833°C. found that forms eutectic solid solution into δ-Bi ( E 781°C C 21.6% ) two peritectics: 5 + liquid P 27.6% Ge 28.7% . Metastable incongruently melts according following equation: 29.8%
