摘要: SUMMARY. Reference values of proteins for the Venezuelan population. This study presents reference protein requirements. The consumption population was obtained according to Food Consumption Monitoring Survey (ESCA) 2010-2012. diet provided good quality proteins, combining animal and vegetable foods in an approximate ratio 1:1.The were calculated based on safe levels intake recommended by WHO/FAO/UN 2007, with adjustment supply depending age, weight, contribution caloric formula light physical activity. requirements as g/kg/day are 1.14 1.80 males females less than one-year-old, from 1 3 years, 0.90 1.14; 4 6 years old, 0.86 0.89; 7 10 0.91 0.92. For adolescents, average is 0.88 1.07 females, respectively. In adults 20 59 0.83 men women recommended, older adults, 1.00 women. pregnant women, additional consumptions gestation time. Adolescent must consume 1.2 1.7 normal requirement. breastfeeding differ between first six months postnatal period after breastfeeding. this update lower 2000 version.
