摘要: Prompted by the observation that recent literature displays marked disagreement as to proper treatment of data on refractive indices binary liquid mixtures, this paper clarifies relationships among index, molar volume and refraction corresponding mixing properties. It is shown deviation function must be calculated a mole fraction basis index basis, which makes it directly interpretable sign-reversed measure reduced free from ideality.
