摘要: To detect divergence of the introduced fall webworm, Hyphantria cunea, within its trivoltine area in Japan, developmental traits were determined Kobe (34°41′N) and Kumamoto (32°48′N) populations. The lower threshold temperature for development was not different between these two thermal constant larval considerably smaller population than population. Two types larva occurred populations, one with six instars other seven. In six-instar type, period populations males, but pupal weight greater forewing longer both sexes population, seven-instar type had a period, heavier pupa type. proportion seven- to resulting time body size former.
