摘要: Background: The principles of treatment congenital dislocation hip in old children are different than those infants and neonates. purpose this study is to evaluate the radiographic functional results one-stage (open reduction, femoral shortening derotation, Salter's osteotomy) DDH older children. Materials Methods: Between January 2005 June 2010, 25 patients (30 hips) underwent triple procedure open osteotomy for DDH. Preoperatively, they were classified according Tφnnis class. Clinical outcomes assessed using modified McKay's criteria measure pain symptoms, gait pattern, Trendelenburg sign status, range joint movement. Radiographic assessment was made Severin's scoring method centre-edge angle dysplasia. Results: mean age at time operation 3.9 years (range 1.6-8 years), average duration followup 4.1 2-7.6 years). score excellent 13 hips, good 14 fair 2, poor 1 hip. class I II found (83.3%) hips final evaluation as compared none presentation. Conclusions: Young having can safely be treated with an extensive osteotomy, without increasing risk AVN. Early diagnosis intervention successful suffering from
