摘要: Abstract A model based on spherical TiO 2 nanoparticles was developed to study heterogeneous photocatalysis in the case of indirect interfacial charge transfer. In this model, effect light intensity ( I 0 ), grain size r carrier lifetime τ p and minority diffusion coefficient D ) quantum yield (QY) photocatalytic reactions investigated detail. Under conditions sufficiently low incident-light intensity, QY found be ∝ , while it decreased rapidly with an increase . addition, went zero at a critically high intensity. Furthermore, decrease increasing due bulk-recombination loss, became increasingly stronger The which more apparent [(RH aq ], increased remained nearly constant ] fact that photoinduced electron transfer limiting step for ].
