摘要: Abstract Objectives The authors studied the epidemiological, clinical, and outcome features of Ebola virus disease in patients hospitalized at treatment center (ETC) Conakry to identify clinical factors associated with death. Materials methods A prospective study was conducted from March 25 August 20, 2014. diagnosis infection made on real-time PCR. Results Ninety patients, a positive test result, were hospitalized. Conclusion first outbreak characterized by young discrete related lethality. Its control relies strict use preventive measures.
