Ovarian carcinoma: a multivariate analysis of prognostic factors.

摘要: Five hundred and fifty six women with invasive epithelial ovarian carcinoma were assessed for postoperative treatment between 1966 1976. The records of this group reviewed retrospectively. Sixteen characteristics the patient tumor analyzed prognostic significance by univariate multivariate techniques. Tumor grade, presence residual disease, performance status are identified as stage-specific independent factors. These factors define subsets good, intermediate, poor prognosis within each stage. results show that more effective strategies required patients in subsets. Estimates extent should be included reports outcome.
