The International Prognostic Index Correlates to Survival in Patients With Aggressive Lymphoma in Relapse: Analysis of the PARMA Trial

摘要: The objectives of the present study were to investigate prognostic value International Prognostic Index (IPI) at relapse in 215 patients with intermediate- or high-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) included PARMA trial. IPI was available 204 (95%) these patients. Response rates 2 courses DHAP 77%, 54%, 55%, and 42% an 0, 1, 3, respectively (P 0 <.05), but not 0. In conclusion, results show that correlates response overall survival aggressive NHL enables us identify a significantly different outcome among those treated conventional chemotherapy alone.
