摘要: Ischemic stroke as an initial presentation of malignancy is extremely rare and the underlying etiology often ignored. The aim this study to outline clues occult in patients presenting with cerebral infarction initially. clinical characteristics total 19 Trousseau's Syndrome initially were analyzed. Among those patients, no conventional vascular risk factors detected 68% (13/19) occurring multiple distributions was found 84% (16/19). Blood test showed thrombophilia 79% (15/19) significantly elevated D-dimer, disseminated intravascular coagulopathy (DIC) 59% (11/19), levels tumor makers 47% (9/19). prognosis poor, undergoing a relapse short interval, (16/19) being reportedly die 6 months. In who developed unexplained recurrent brain involving arterial territory, laboratory evidence suggesting hypercoagulability (higher level or DIC), should be considered, investigation for required.
