摘要: A new technique suitable for infrared laser spectroscopy of molecular beams is presented and tested. The metod based on the detection power absorbed, as a modulated increase carried by molecules to microcalorimeter (a cryogenic bolometer), after beam has been crossed with output semiconductor diode laser. Sensitivity, resolution, possible applications are briefly discussed.
