摘要: The effects of air exposure on the desiccation rate and photosynthetic activity Thalassia hemprichii Enhalus acoroides were studied using chlorophyll fluorescence. T. was higher than that E. acoroides, while critical threshold relative water content (RWCcritical) showed opposite trend. Neither nor RWCcritical significantly affected by temperature, significantly. For both species, effective photochemical efficiency PSII decreased gradually above RWCcritical, declined rapidly below RWCcritical.
