摘要: Premembrane (prM) is a viral protein of flavivirus, which important for the generation infectious virion and virus infection to host. However, biological properties function prM Avian Tembusu (ATMUV) have scarcely been studied date. Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are powerful tool functional analysis protein. To produce mAb against ATMUV, gene sequence was amplified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pET-28a (+). The recombinant successfully expressed in BL21 (DE3). Using purified as immunogen mice, three hybridoma cells secreting mAbs were obtained. These showed strong with ATMUV-infected DF-1 pEGFP-C3-prM transfected 293-T both Western blotting immunofluorescence assay. developed this study will be useful tools functions on ATMUV interaction between its host molecules.
