Pre-Hospital Emergency in Iran: A Systematic Review.

摘要: Context: Pre-hospital care plays a vital role in saving trauma patients. Objectives: This study aims to review studies conducted on the pre-hospital emergency status Iran. Data Sources: were sourced from Iranian electronic databases, including SID, IranMedex, IranDoc, Magiran, and non-Iranian such as Medline, Embase, Cochrane Library, Scopus, Google Scholar. In addition, available data statistics for country used. Selection: All Persian-language articles published scientific journals related English-language indexed valid sites September 2005 - 2014 systematically reviewed. Extraction: To selected articles, extraction form developed by researchers per study’s objective was adopted. The examined under two categories: structure function of emergency. Results: A total 19 selected, six descriptive (42%), four descriptive-analytical (21%), five (16%), qualitative (10.5%), interventional (experimental) (10.5%). these, 14 (73.5%) had been English language. focus these experts (31.5%), bases medical services (26%), injured reviews employees majority (68%) investigated functions 32% reviewed structure. Conclusions: number Iran is limited. promote public health, consideration prevention areas, processes provide services, policymaking, foresight, systemic view, comprehensive research programs roadmaps, assessments needs seem necessary.
