Utilization and factors associated with antenatal, delivery and postnatal Care Services in Tigray Region, Ethiopia: a community-based cross-sectional study

摘要: This study aimed to identify the utilization and factors associated with antenatal care, delivery, postnatal care services in Tigray regional state, Ethiopia. A community-based cross-sectional was conducted among 667 women of reproductive age group who had children aged 45 days - 6 months 13 districts (3 urban 10 rural). Data were collected from May–June 2015. Multistage sampling technique used. The data analyzed using SPSS version 20. Multiple variable logistic regression analysis used institutional services. Of total, proportion visited a health facility for four or more times (ANC 4+) 58.2%, those chose delivery 87.9%, received (PNC) within 42 days birth at least once 40.3%. Residing an area, having electronic media, 2–5 ANC 4+ visit. Whereas, partner involvement visit (AOR = 2.4, 95% CI: 1.37, 4.35) content discussed (AOR = 4.0, 1.08, 14.93), preparedness (AOR = 2.6, 1.44, 4.97), residing distance less than 30-min walk nearest (AOR = 2.0, 1.16, 3.64), visits 1.39, 4.31) that found be delivery. As regards PNC birth, 40–45 years, children, significant it. attended gave high. However, low. areas, living near facility, decision making, receiving appropriate counseling, preparedness, woman, number could potentially influence maternal utilization.
