摘要: Performance measurement is a vital part of any successful organization. One the most important challenges for measuring performance defining critical metrics and measures. For many companies, determined based on their supply chain strategies. However, companies do not have clear understanding adopted strategy are incapable introducing performance. This study determines by ketchup in Malaysia; it also specifies factors companies’ Balanced Scorecard (BSC) perspectives finally conduct comparative six which located Johor, Malaysia. The results show that appropriate Malaysia lean strategy; alignment with product type has more significant effect rather than process structure manufacturing techniques type.
