摘要: Paralytic lagophthalmos and smile dysfunction are serious complications of facial paralysis various reconstructive procedures have been developed to treat them. Among these procedures, there is no doubt that dynamic more effective than static ones. The 1-stage simultaneous surgical treatment 2 dysfunctions with a procedure involving single muscle would be ideal, but such methods reported. In this article, we present method for the use dual latissimus dorsi flap. method, flaps based on descending transverse branches thoracodorsal vessels transferred face. nerve sutured separate masseteric nerve. Using complete eyelid closure during strong clenching voluntary smiling weak without were achieved. Although our does not result in spontaneous smiling, believe it good option some patients long-standing paralysis.
