摘要: A 57-year-old male presented with right upper abdominal lump since 3 months. He was diagnosed to have a hepatic artery aneurysm. investigated thoroughly but no cause found. subjected endovascular embolisation of the aneurysm using coils. Subsequently completely occluded. Hepatic aneurysms are very rare among all visceral aneurysms. We report this case presenting as an lump. This highlights importance early diagnosis and management entity rupture may be catastrophic.
