摘要: One-dimensional (1D) nanostructures of trigonal selenium (t-Se) were synthesized by the reduction H2SeO3 in different solvents with a sonochemical method. The 1D structure t-Se was formed anisotropic growth crystalline, and morphology products highly depends on reaction conditions including ultrasonic mode (e.g., frequency, power, time), aging time, solvent. Single crystalline nanotubes diameters less than 200 nm nanowires 20−50 have been synthesized.
