摘要: We present a study of electrocatalysis by an enzyme adsorbed on range carbon materials, with different size, surface area, morphology and graphitic structure, which are either commercially available or prepared via simple, established protocols. choose as our model the hydrogenase I from E. coli (Hyd-1), is active catalyst for H2 oxidation, relatively robust has been demonstrated in fuel cells H2-driven chemical synthesis. The materials were characterised according to their character, we use electrocatalytic oxidation current Hyd-1 these evaluate effectiveness electrodes. Here, show that variety suitable adsorbing hydrogenases electroactive configuration. This unified provides insight into selection design redox enzymes applications electrocatalysis.
