摘要: In this study, we used the Takayanagi model expanded by Loos and Manas-Zloczower for tensile modulus to assess strength of polymer/carbon nanotube nanocomposites (PCNTs). The new assumes strengthening percolating efficiencies interphase between polymer matrix nanoparticles. We evaluated suggested with experimental data two PCNTs found that successfully calculated average levels percolation threshold, thickness (t), (σiN). threshold > 0.004, volume fraction 30 nm caused lowest relative strength, less than matrix. Among studied variables, t σiN parameters most significantly affected PCNTs; when t = 25 nm σiN = 17 GPa, there was 1300% improvement in PCNT. This can be applied future studies accelerate material design process.
