摘要: [1] Radar interferometry (InSAR), field measurements and creepmeters reveal surface slip on multiple faults in the Imperial Valley triggered by main shock of 4 April 2010 El Mayor-Cucapah Mw 7.2 earthquake. Co-seismic offsets occurred San Andreas, Superstition Hills, Imperial, Elmore Ranch, Wienert, Coyote Creek, Elsinore, Yuha, several minor near town Ocotillo at northern end mainshock rupture. We documented right-lateral (<40 mm) northwest-striking left-lateral southwest-striking faults. Slip 15-km- 20-km-long segments Andreas Fault Mecca Hills (≤50 Durmid Hill (≤10 respectively, 25 km (≤37 mm). Field agree with InSAR creepmeter to within a few millimeters. Dislocation models data from confirm that creep this sequence, as previous events, is confined shallow depths (<3 km).
