摘要: Embodiments of system and method configurations for device discovery connection establishment in with use device-to-device (D2D) proximity-based services are generally described herein. In some examples, an evolved packet core (EPC) a 3GPP Long Term Evolution or Evolution-Advanced (LTE/LTE-A) network is arranged to assist D2D identification procedures at user equipment (UEs) connected the LTE/LTE-A network. Various may be implemented proximity detection communication times link, between UEs.
