摘要: Abstract Isoenzyme profiles of 67 stocks Leishmania donovani sensu lato from across the Old World were compared with those reference strains L. stricto , infantum major tropica and aethiopica using starch-gel electrophoresis 13 enzymes (GPI, GD, ES, PGM, PEPD, NH, ASAT, ALAT, PK, MPI, 6PGD, SOD, MDH). 12 zymodemes seen. Isolates man, Canis familiaris Vulpes vulpes Rattus rattus Arvicanthis sp. Phkbotomus martini examined. Several comprised man C. two which also included wild animal isolates. cases post-kala-azar dermal leishmaniasis visceral indistinguishable. s.l. including s.s . formed a coherent group striking degree enzymic homogeneity. Only one enzyme pattern was held in common strain profile.
