摘要: Microfluidic devices having porous materials that impede or restrict the passage of fluid for a given pressure are provided. Such may serve as valves, and multiple valves different impedance characteristics be constructed in single device to control overall direction flow. Impedance regions various ways, such as, example: by inserting into between channels; sandwiching sheet layer material (181, 182) other layers (180, 183) (preferably stencil form); adding liquid, solution, slurry, suspension microfluidic channels, then permitting formation deposits. Various types adhesive tape used one more device.
