摘要: Fifty-three consecutive patients with 61 solid or complex non-fat-containing renal masses compatible cancer were examined contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance (MR) imaging pre- postcontrast FLASH (fast low-angle shot) fat-suppressed spin-echo sequences. CT MR performed within a 1-month interval. images prospectively interpreted. Tumor detection staging determined in all patients. enabled of 54 58 tumors, respectively. showed 34 35 38 histologically proved respectively, 31 size on demonstrated good correlation correlated well the pathologic specimens resected tumors detected (r = .99). Of who underwent surgical resection, 24 correctly staged 29 imaging. both correct four five additional biopsy proof tumor stage. A moderate difference was observed between (P .05). 13 15 thrombi. 11 cases adenopathy. The results suggest that is moderately better than for cancer.
