In both species spermatozoon is made up long sperm body which bears at one extremity free flagella 9+'1' flatworm pattern. contains nucleus, mitochondria, dense bodies parallel, cortical, longitudinal singlet microtubules. Along part palissade microtubules displays spiral pattern transverse sections. A perimeter cell thus lined by overlapping rows This singlets considered as synapomorphy family Temnocephalidae. are interconnected kinds links: tangential links between neighbouring same row radial belonging to rows. presence these suggests that this structure could be motile system singlets.
