摘要: Abstract A simulator of general anesthesia is described. It consists an integrated set physiologic computer models and a graphics display. The model predicts many the pharmacodynamic changes associated with anesthesia. multiple consisting circulatory, respiratory, pharmacokinetic, their interactions. can account for pathologic states cardiorespiratory system plus poor renal hepatic function. Both intravenous inhalation agents are included. Examples its capabilities presented, including pharmacokinetic thiopental administration to hypovolemic subject, oxygen in several pulmonary conditions, simulation induction using fentanyl or thiopental. model, combined interface, becomes realtime useful training students residents.
