摘要: This article presents the results of a research developing high performance cement mortars with addition municipal solid waste incineration fly ash (MSWIFA) stabilized as insoluble carbonates. The encapsulation hazardous wastes in mortar matrixes has also been achieved. ashes present concentrations chlorides, Zn and Pb. A stabilization process NaHCO 3 developed reducing 99% content chlorides. Developed replace 10% per weight aggregates by treated MSWIFA. Physical/mechanical properties these have studied. Presence Zn, Pb, Cu Cd analyzed confirming that leaching heavy metal ions is mitigated. Conclusions prove better behavior CAC CSA than those CEM-I CEM-II cement. Results are remarkable for mortars, improving reference strengths more 25%, which make them fast-curing product suitable repair structures or industrial pavements.
