摘要: This paper addresses reconstruction of a temporally deforming 3D coronary vessel tree, i.e. , 4D from sequence angiographic X-ray images acquired by rotating C-arm. Our algorithm starts tree that was reconstructed one cardiac phase. Driven gradient vector flow (GVF) fields, the method then estimates deformation such projections deformed models align with corresponding phases. To allow robust tracking estimation is regularized smoothness and cyclic constraints. Extensive qualitative quantitative tests on clinical data sets suggest our reconstructs accurate trees significantly improves robustness. experiments also hierarchy increasing complexities are desirable when input noisy or quality model low.
