摘要: Abstract We report the fabrication of Nb-sheathed FeSe0.5Te0.5 superconducting tapes by ex-situ powder-in-tube method. In our fabrications, high-quality polycrystalline material was firstly employed as precursor and different annealing settings were performed on as-rolled their last heat-treatment steps. Subsequently, resistance measurements magnetization carried out annealed tapes. Furthermore, according to results, highest transition temperature self-field magnetic critical current density tape reached about 15.7 K 1 × 104 A/cm2 at 5 K, respectively.
