摘要: During cell cycle progression, intra-cellular cytoskeletal and membrane structures undergo dynamicchanges in their form localization, which turn regulate further progress of the cycle. Despitethe considerable insights into these obtained from immuno-fluorescence microscopy,the need for chemical fixation has limited acquired images to only static ones. In contrast, more recentfluorescent protein techniques used visualize living systems have allowed investigationsof dynamics. The visualization microtubules (MTs) by using green fluorescent (GFP)and analysis MT-associated proteins will be presented. addition, understand plantcell dynamics actin microfilaments (MFs) vacuolar membranes (VMs) visualized withfluorescent are also reviewed.
