摘要: Abstract The antiglucocorticoid activity of progesterone and cortexolone was tested by the thymus involution assay in vivo thymocyte viability test vitro . In , both potentiated thymolytic effect cortisol but had no on triamcinolone acetonide-induced involution. two 11-deoxy steroids behaved as partial agonists-antagonists when alone or combination with cortisol, were inactive acetonide. results indicate that depends nature glucocorticoid agonist used.
