摘要: We propose three techniques for accelerating the nonlinear block Gauss-Seidel algorithm steady state semiconductor simulation: a second order stationary method, Chebyshev acceleration and version of generalized minimal residual (GMRES.) The parameters method are obtained from spectrum derivative fixed point mapping T defining algorithm. This is approximated by matrix-free Arnoldi technique. numerical results reported agree well with theoretical predictions. In particular, GMRES found to be considerably more effective in map than two recurrences. 36 refs., 3 figs., 1 tab.
