摘要: The limited stability of immobilised enzymes is a major factor restricting their use in clinical chemistry. immobilisation procedure described here affords simple method enhancing the certain on nylon. Studies with alcohol dehydrogenase and glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate have indicated that significant increase can be obtained using this as compared conventional procedures. As anticipated was unsatisfactory for oxidases such glucose oxidase.
