摘要: Antimicrobial resistance gene mcr-1 has been disseminated globally since its first discovery in Southern China late 2015. However, the had not identified previously Salmonella isolates from poultry Bangladesh. Here, we aimed to explore antimicrobial isolates. Eighty two were isolated and characterized suspected specimens received different zones of country. A phenotypic disc diffusion assay with 15 agents was performed following CLSI standard. The disk showed that, all presented high colistin (92.68%), oxytetracycline (86.59%), co-trimoxazole (76.83%), ciprofloxacin (73.17%) enrofloxacin (65.85%). Further, randomly selected 10 analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) targeting genus-specific invA (colistin) genes. Five confirmed for presence belonging spp. sequencing followed phylogenetic analysis revealed divergent evolutionary relation between LptA MCR proteins rendering them resistant colistin. Three-dimensional homology structures MCR-1 constructed verified using bioinformatics tools. Moreover, molecular docking interactions suggested share a similar substrate binding cavity which could be validated functional analysis. results represent here is silico Bangladesh, may emphasize importance study on antibiotic genes requiring national monitoring strategic surveillance
