摘要: This article reviews the academic literature on young people involved in prostitution. The prevalence and aetiology of youth prostitution its links with drug use criminal careers are explored. It argues that whatever power personal experiences which incline a person towards prostitution, can still only be possible specific cultural conditions. phenomenon has sexual double standard, poverty an unequal labour market as prerequisites. We should not expect to either disappear or occur equal frequency men women while these aspects inequality continue. debates particular challenges for service delivery working together this vulnerable group.
